When you make a reservation or send an inquiry we collect the information needed to provide the service: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage details, flight numbers where relevant, and any specific requirements you tell us about.

We do not collect or store payment card details on this website. Payment, where taken online, is handled by our reservation partner within their own system.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Your information is used to quote for, confirm, plan and deliver your journey; to contact you about a booking; to keep records required for accounting, insurance and licensing; and, where you have a corporate account, to produce consolidated invoices.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Your details are shared with the chauffeur assigned to your journey, and only to the extent needed to complete it. We also use a third-party reservation platform to process bookings and quotes, which processes your information on our behalf.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Discretion is a core condition of our service. Passenger identities, destinations and anything discussed during a journey are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to third parties.

Booking records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet our legal, tax, insurance and licensing obligations. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

You can opt out of any non-essential communications at any time by replying to the message or calling us.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children other than the details a booking adult provides in order to arrange appropriate child restraints.
