Mayo Clinic's Florida campus draws patients from across the country, and the transportation around it is not ordinary transportation. People arrive tired, often anxious, frequently after a long flight, and sometimes not in a condition to manage luggage or a rideshare.

We handle this work differently and deliberately. Chauffeurs meet patients and families inside at baggage claim rather than at the curb. Vehicles are held at the door rather than in distant lots. For treatment cycles that run over weeks we set up recurring bookings so the same arrangement repeats without being rebuilt each time, and where scheduling permits we assign the same chauffeur throughout — a familiar face matters more than most operators account for.
