St. Johns County's northwest corner — Julington Creek Plantation, the Bartram Trail corridor and the newer development along CR-210 — is dense, affluent and almost entirely residential. It is also poorly served by anything scheduled.
This is commuter and family territory. The work splits between weekday airport transfers for professionals who fly regularly, and event transportation — proms, weddings, milestone birthdays — where parents would rather book a professional chauffeur than trust the evening to chance. The San Jose and Race Track Road approaches back up hard in the morning peak, so westbound airport runs leave earlier than the map suggests they need to.
