One of the country's fastest-growing communities.
Nocatee has grown from farmland into one of the best-selling master-planned communities in the United States, and Beachwalk's crystal lagoon has become a destination in its own right. What it does not have is convenient transportation.
The practical problem here is distance. Nocatee sits far enough down US-1 that an airport run is a genuine forty-five minutes, and far enough from downtown that an evening out means somebody committing to the drive home. Rideshare coverage thins noticeably in the residential sections, particularly early in the morning when airport departures actually happen. Scheduled service solves both: a confirmed vehicle at a confirmed time, in a community where the alternative is hoping one appears.
