For airport transfers and standard point-to-point trips, 24 hours is comfortable. For weddings, corporate groups and multi-vehicle bookings we recommend two to three weeks so the timeline can be planned properly. Same-day requests are often possible — call 904-888-6500 and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it.

Nothing you need to manage. We track your flight from the moment it departs and adjust your pickup automatically. Complimentary wait time is 60 minutes for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic, measured from actual touchdown rather than your original schedule.

Inside, at baggage claim, holding a board with your name on it. Your chauffeur takes the luggage from there and walks you to the car. For private aviation we meet you planeside at the FBO. There is no curbside version and no phone call to make: every airport arrival is met the same way.

Flat and quoted in advance. You approve the total before the booking is confirmed, and it does not move for traffic, surge or the route taken. Tolls, parking, fuel and standard wait time are included in the quoted figure.

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours a partial charge applies, and cancellations inside two hours of pickup are charged in full. Weddings and multi-vehicle events run on separate terms confirmed in writing when you book.

Yes — infant, convertible and booster seats are available at no additional cost. Please request them when booking and tell us the age and weight of each child so the correct seat is fitted and installed before pickup.

Gratuity is at your discretion and never added automatically to a standard booking. If you prefer it built into a corporate account or an event contract, we can set that up so your team never handles it on the day.

Routinely across the whole of Northeast Florida — St. Augustine, Amelia Island, Palm Coast, Daytona and up into coastal Georgia including St. Simons Island. Longer runs to Orlando, Savannah, Tampa and Miami are quoted on request as private long-distance transfers.

Where scheduling allows, yes. Regular clients frequently request a consistent chauffeur, and we will assign the same person to your bookings whenever they are available. Tell us when you book and we will note it on your profile.

Yes. The JAXPORT cruise terminal is one of our most frequent routes, and we plan around ship arrival and boarding windows rather than a fixed clock. We also cover Port Canaveral for Jacksonville-area clients sailing from Orlando.
